We do not rent, sell or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes, without your consent.
We may share it with our authorized service providers, for example, those who support our Web Site functionality, or who process credit card transactions for us.
Under certain circumstances, we may disclose it to third parties to enable them to send you communications regarding products and services that may be of interest to you, as described in Section 6 below.

Until then, the provisions of the first, fourth and fifth bullet points under Section 3 regarding Disclosure to Third Parties of Information You Volunteer shall apply to all information you provide about your contacts.

Note that under the KnowledgeMesh Web Site Terms of Use, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload, post, transmit and otherwise use the material you post to this Web Site. In addition, you agree, at your expense, to defend, indemnify and hold Hershey Center for Applied Research, its affiliates and partners, and their directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability (including costs and reasonable attorneys' fees) that arises out of your submission or posting of material to this Web Site.
